  5-star because our server KEVIN is on point!
  
  This is our first time and as a couple we do visit b2w often in brickyard location but since we moved this is the closest.
  
  We had to sit at the bar area since there was 20 min wait - odd was when we were walking to the bar- there were a lot of empty tables.
  
  Honestly they can do a lot of improvements maybe hiring more staff because it is so busy and packed. This location was way too messy! Lots of tables unclean and mess on the floor.
  
  But Kevin turned our experience around. He was constantly checking on us and we can see him running around making sure everyone is taking care off.

  Super understaffed, our waitress was stretched thin and the kitchen was super behind. It took over 40 minutes for kids food. Unacceptable for basically fast food. We went at 3:30pm on a Wednesday so it was not swamped. The waitress shared that "corporate had fired a bunch of staff and they were short handed."
  Managers should have stepped in to help.
  They tried their best when we asked for things, so giving it a two instead of a one.
  It is clear that this location is very poorly managed.

  Our waiter (I think her name is Ellen) took forever to give us the check. I am flippin pissed. The onion rings were soggy and didn't have much onion in them. The nachos had DILUTED nacho cheese on them. Every time I come here, the cheese is watery and unflavored on my nachos when I order the sampler. The mozzarella sticks weren't seasoned with salt. Don't come here if you expect flavor. The burgers are okay because you can't really mess up meat on a bun unless it's burnt.
  
  I only occasionally come here when my bf doesn't feel like going far because my house is 5 minutes away from this place. Otherwise I would never come back.

  What a great experience!!  We usually go to the one in northbrook, but passing by this location we decided to pop in because my son LOVES their crispy chicken tacos.
  
  Unfortunately, they made some changes to their menu BUT they were able to accommodate their grilled chicken mini street tacos to the crispy tacos that he likes.  
  
  They also have the best tator tots, onion rings, fried pickles n fries if you live fried foods!!  
  
  A million TVs to watch march madness.
  Great fried food!
  And excellent service from Zoey!!!
  
  Thanks for restoring my faith in BWW!

  Don't go here the staff are horrible and just stand around and don't help the guest. It was supposed to be a place to take the kids but was a nightmare
